Calvin's professional background includes experience in the XFL, UFL, and CFL, where he demonstrated resilience, adaptability, and a results-driven mindset. Beyond athletics, he has gained hands-on experience in construction and education, supporting job site operations, maintaining safety standards, and contributing to structured learning environments across multiple school systems.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Coaching Athletics and Sports Leadership from the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa. With a strong commitment to growth and continuous improvement, Calvin is focused on supporting business development initiatives and operational execution as ABC Mechanical expands into new markets.

Marquita brings more than 20 years of experience in dispatch operations, customer service, and HVAC service coordination to ABC Mechanical. Throughout her career, she has built a strong reputation for organizational leadership, communication, and operational efficiency within fast-paced service environments.

Prior to joining ABC Mechanical, Marquita held leadership positions with several established South Florida mechanical service companies, including Edd Helms Electric/Air Conditioning, Precision Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, and Air Systems Enterprises. Her background includes overseeing dispatch operations, coordinating service technicians, managing customer communications, preparing repair and maintenance proposals, and supporting financial and administrative processes.

Known for her professionalism, responsiveness, and team-oriented approach, Marquita plays a vital role in helping maintain seamless daily operations while supporting both field personnel and clients.

Theresa serves as the Director of Business Operations for ABC Mechanical and has been an integral part of the organization since 2015. With over a decade of experience in operational leadership, financial management, and business performance, Theresa plays a key role in supporting the company's continued growth and organizational success.

Her professional background includes experience across retail, insurance, and service-based industries, where she developed extensive expertise in customer experience, team leadership, and business operations. Theresa's entrepreneurial mindset and strong work ethic were shaped early through her family's dry-cleaning business, providing her with a deep appreciation for operational excellence and client service.

Theresa earned her bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Puerto Rico, graduating cum laude with a concentration in Human Resources and minors in Marketing and Accounting.
