Theresa's entrepreneurial mindset and strong work ethic were shaped early through her family's dry-cleaning business, providing her with a deep appreciation for operational excellence and client service.

Theresa earned her bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Puerto Rico, graduating cum laude with a concentration in Human Resources and minors in Marketing and Accounting.

Her responsibilities include managing purchase orders for maintenance and repairs, maintaining vendor relationships, and reconciling accounts. With nearly two years at RAS, Lisa continues to contribute to operational efficiency while embracing opportunities for growth within the organization.

Prior to joining ABC Mechanical, Marquita held leadership positions with several established South Florida mechanical service companies, including Edd Helms Electric/Air Conditioning, Precision Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, and Air Systems Enterprises. Her background includes overseeing dispatch operations, coordinating service technicians, managing customer communications, preparing repair and maintenance proposals, and supporting financial and administrative processes.

Known for her professionalism, responsiveness, and team-oriented approach, Marquita plays a vital role in helping maintain seamless daily operations while supporting both field personnel and clients.
