The defense — maintenance techs and pipefitters
Defenders win the games nobody notices. Maintenance techs keep the system clean and tight so it never breaks down in the first place. Pipefitters build the pipes and parts that hold it all together. Hard work, done right, so trouble never starts.
The midfield — the office and dispatch
The midfield runs the game. Estimators and project managers plan the job and keep it moving. Dispatch sends the right tech to the right place at the right time. If the middle is weak, even great players never get the ball.
The forwards — lead installers and service techs
The forwards score the goals. This is the tech the customer sees. The lead installer who sets up a system that runs perfect. The service tech who finds the problem fast. They get the credit — and they earned it. But they only score because the whole team set it up.
