With a background rooted in large-scale mechanical operations, engineering coordination, and disciplined execution, Rey is responsible for aligning people, processes, and performance across all facets of the business.

In his role, Rey oversees operations, service, project execution, controls integration, compliance, and business development, with a strong emphasis on building scalable systems and high-performing teams. He has been instrumental in modernizing internal workflows, strengthening field accountability, and positioning ABC Mechanical for sustained growth in both the commercial and high-rise markets throughout Florida.

 

A retired U.S. Army veteran, Rey brings a mission-focused leadership style grounded in structure, accountability, and decisive problem-solving.
